At Purpose Leads, we stand by the quality of our workshops, consulting, and strategic services. We don’t believe in selling “maybe” results – everything we deliver is designed to create measurable value for your business.

That said, we know investing in growth is a serious decision. Here’s how our returns policy works:

Workshops & Consulting Services

  • Once a workshop or consulting session is delivered, all sales are final. You’re paying for time, expertise, and proven frameworks.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 72 hours) are non-refundable.

Reports, Strategies & Deliverables

  • All written reports, strategies, and frameworks are non-refundable once delivered, since they contain intellectual property and custom work created specifically for your organisation.

  • If you feel that the deliverables don’t align with what was agreed, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, and we will make reasonable revisions to correct the issue.

Workshops & Training Programs (Prepaid Packages)

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the start of a program.

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the program start date.

  • No refunds are issued once the program has started, but you may transfer your seat to another team member or colleague.
